Hellier Consulting were commissioned by Austrade to produce a food and wine festival at this Banff Springs annual event. All menus, dinners and celebrity chef demonstrations were produced by Hellier Consulting. Celebrity Chef Danny Popper was selected by us to travel to Banff with two of our staff to produce this widely acclaimed Australian food event.
