Paterson’s Cakes
Hellier Consulting promoted Paterson’s Cakes a 90 year old icon of Melbourne, for over 12 years.

Toscano’s Fruiterers
Hellier Consulting created a strategy to promote these business through its 50th anniversary celebrations in the year 2000. The strategy proved a great success, reminding the general public and trade that Toscano’s is still an exceptional business. In 2003 Hellier Consulting were called in to launch a new store for Toscano’s at the Fresh Life precinct at Victoria Gardens in Richmond.

Muffin Break Stores
Hellier Consulting created a promotional strategy with Master franchiser to promote the name ‘Muffin Break’ and many of its 49 stores. We instigated the ‘Muffin Break Fun Run’ on behalf of Muffin Break with the Royal Children’s Hospital. We created a scholarship for the rural Queensland drought victims; with the Herald Sun newspaper, we ran a ‘Teddy Bears’ Zoo picnic competition to promote the Muffin Break Bear and the Canadian Mountie promotion and competition. These activities were part of a six month retainer period of ongoing Consultancy.

Louis Vaussenat Patisserie
Hellier Consulting created a promotional strategy to launch the Louis Vaussenat Patisserie in Toorak and to attain ongoing editorial publicity on Chef Vaussenat and his business. This strategy was aimed at trade as well as foodservice operators.

Leo’s Fine Food & Wine Store
Hellier Consulting created the ongoing strategy and publicity for the gourmet store within the Kew Supermarket, and launched this late in 1998 following the completion of renovations to the supermarket.

Century On Swanston Bakery
Created launch strategy for new bakery in 1995 with Lady Flo Bjelke Petersen riding down Collins Street on a horse and cart to launch the Bakery. This event attracted National T.V. and radio coverage, plus a great print media response.
