This boutique Hotel was launched to the media and has been acknowledged as one of Melbourne’s finest. This strategy included working with departments of Victorian Tourism.

Sebel Reef House and Spa, Palm Cove
For nine years Hellier Consulting promoted Sebel Reef House and Spa, this included creating and instigating the international and guest chefs program ‘Chefs On The Reef’ – with visits and events by Rick Stein, David Thompson, Ben O’Donoghue, Guy Grossi, Gary Mehigan, Christine Manfield , Stefano Di Pieri to name a few.

Sebel Heritage Yarra Valley
Sebel Heritgae Yarra Valley boasts a beautiful International Hotel and Conference centre, a magnificent Day Spa centre, world class golf courses and a residential community.

Delgany Country House Hotel Portsea
Hellier Consulting were employed by the owners, the Ansell family, to publicise to the Australian and South East Asian travel market that the Delgany Country House Hotel was under new management. Over a six month period approximately $200,000 worth of media coverage was obtained for the property through print, television and radio.

Miettas Queenscliff Hotel
We consulted to the owner, Patricia O’Donnell, for eight years an all subjects from promotion to menus to management criteria.

Park Royal on St Kilda Road
Hellier Consulting were commissioned by Southern Pacific Hotel Group management three months after the opening of the hotel – our brief was to design a food strategy which would place the Park Royal as one of the top culinary hotels in Australia. We commenced our work by bringing France’s leading young chef of that year, Jacques Maximin, to the Park Royal for ten days of gala dinners. Over the next four years we created and publicised the hotel with top of the range events.

Glynt By The Sea
Hellier Consulting were commissioned by the new owners of this historic Mount Martha Manor to handle all P.R. and publicity for their boutique hotel’s first year. This included the garden party launch of the property and ongoing P.R. for one year.

Rockman’s Regency Hotel
Hellier Consulting were over the last decade employed by Rockman’s Regency for a number of specific promotional and publicity tasks relating to their food and beverage areas.

Warburton Health Care Centre
Hellier Consulting were invited to consult on a food, menu and dining room up-grade in preperation for the re-launch. The strategy involved the creation of 950 vegetarian recipes, total kitchen systems,s taff training, dining room service systems, development of the dining room servery,, selection of all ancillary and display items. Hellier Consulting then obtained food publicity for the new center.

Hilton on the Park
Peter Gromotka, General Manager of Hilton on the Park, used the services of Hellier Consulting across the last ten years on projects which have given the Hilton Hotel a quality image across Victoria. The new general manager, is Ruth Harrison from Palmelia Hilton, Perth.

Glen Erin Vineyard Retreat
Hellier Consulting promoted this small winery and restaurant when they added an accommodation and functions component to their budding business. Hellier Consulting promoted the entire complex and their wines.The promotion for the entire property very much focused on their boutique wine range.

Hamilton Island Resort
Hellier Consulting were employed after the disastrous fire to publicise and promote specific areas of the island for the main resort concessionaire. This work covered a two year period, with Hellier staff on site also working on the re-creation of four food areas as well as conducting media visits to the island.

Rathdowne International Hotel
Hellier Consulting have worked on a number of the McGauran group properties over the years. Included in our P.R. and promotional work was the blue ribbon weekend at The Rathdowne International, specifically designed for country visitors. Two members of our team travelled across Victoria presenting television and print media interviews regarding the blue ribbon package.

Vue Grand Hotel Queenscliff
Hellier Consulting worked as publicists and P.R. consultants for the Vue Grand Hotel in 1994 and 1995. During this time the Vue Grand Hotel won a number of awards and was given an extraordinarily high profile across Australia.
